In today’s post, I first want to discuss a career opportunity for you, and then I’ll talk about Clubhouse—if you’re not on Clubhouse, you need to be.
Career Opportunities:
It’s 2021; did you hit your goals for 2020? If you didn’t, why not? Some agents I’ve talked to say that 2020 was their best year ever, while others are saying it was horrible. So why were some agents killing it and others weren’t? Well, around 66% of all agents in the market are working on teams. Team-style operations are taking over the real estate market.
And that brings me to a career opportunity: I have two open spots on my team for someone who wants to make $100,000 a year, on top of our minimum standards for monthly home sales. All leads are provided.
One agent came to our team from a firm that only sold one home in the last six months. He’s been with us since September and he’s already gotten $3.5 million under contract. Another agent, only 23 years old, finished their first year on our team with 40 home sales—that’s $12 million in sales!

The app is very much like those old party lines that people used to use, where you can host a conversation with multiple people, bounce ideas off each other, and generally collaborate. It’s really awesome.
